Employee Engagement Manager at one of the Financial Services Companies in Yangon, Myanmar
Develop and manage internal communication strategies and plans aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and culture to boost employee engagement and foster a positive work environment
Up to 3,500,000 MMK plus other allowances

Description
Develop and execute internal communication plans that promote transparency, collaboration, and employee involvement
Design and manage employee engagement programs, including surveys, events, recognition initiatives, and feedback mechanisms
Create and distribute engaging content for various internal channels such as newsletters, intranet, emails, and town halls
Partner with HR and leadership teams to align communication and engagement strategies with business objectives and culture
Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics and communication effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Manage crisis communication internally to maintain trust and morale during challenging times
Facilitate two-way communication channels to encourage employee voice and feedback
Organize workshops, training, and team-building activities to strengthen employee relationships and collaboration
Ensure communication materials are culturally relevant and accessible to a diverse workforce
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in employee engagement, internal communication, or organizational development, preferably in financial services or related industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Burmese
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels
Analytical mindset with experience in using employee feedback and engagement data to drive initiatives
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Myanmar’s cultural and business environment is an advantage
Excellent command of spoken and written English
