Description
- Provide strategic direction and leadership aligned with the school’s mission and values
- Develop and implement long-term plans for academic growth and institutional development
- Promote a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement
- Supervise curriculum development and ensure alignment with international standards
- Monitor teaching quality and student performance
- Support professional development for faculty and staff
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in school leadership and teaching, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
- Strong understanding of international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge, American, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Native English is required
