The Role
This role is responsible for overseeing the full supply chain cycle from manufacturing to in-country distribution. You will ensure efficient inventory management, smooth logistics coordination, and accurate reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations in a pharmaceutical environment

Description
- Manage inventory planning and forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels across the country
- Coordinate with demand planning and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product flow
- Act as the key contact for order planning, working with distributors and country teams
- Track shipments from origin to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate distribution
- Handle import processes, including documentation, licensing, and coordination with logistics teams
- Prepare regular reports including stock levels, sales performance, shipment tracking, and import status
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes, systems, and efficiency
- Use data analysis to support decision-making and enhance operational visibility
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in collaboration with QA teams
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues and improve performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; certification in Supply Chain or MBA (Operations) is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, with 2–3 years in pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Advanced Excel)
- Good understanding of supply chain tools and data analysis
- Strong communication skills with good command of English (spoken and written)
- Highly analytical, organized, and performance-driven
