Description

• Oversee daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, appointment bookings, and front‑desk support
• Ensure hygiene and service standards are consistently followed by therapists and within the workplace
• Handle customer complaints and internal issues, resolving them professionally and promptly
• Manage inventory checks and reporting, assisting reception and monitoring supplies
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions and social media, while submitting sales and staff attendance reports to the owner

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in related industry
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Communicable English is preferred
• Must have strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills to manage staff, customer service, and daily operations effectively
