Description
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing consumer data, market trends, and competitor activities
- Develop actionable insights to support marketing, sales, and management strategies
- Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to understand customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven decisions and initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in related industry
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Business Chinese and Intermediate English are a must
- Proficient in SQL, Python/R, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI), CRM, POS, and consumer data analytics
