Description

• Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, vendor management, and on‑site operations
• Support event planning and production, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client requirements are met
• Coordinate with internal teams such as creative, production, and account management for seamless execution
• Manage on-site event staffing, schedules, and operational flow to ensure smooth delivery
• Handle post-event tasks, including reporting, feedback collection, and inventory management

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in related industry
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Communicable English is preferred
• Must have strong organizational and coordination skills with hands-on experience in event operations or production support
