• Responsible for overseeing overall automotive leasing operations and business growth while applying strategic leadership to improve efficiency, customer acquisition, and profitability
• Up to 5,000,000 MMK and other allowances

Description

• Drive P&L performance to achieve revenue, cost efficiency, and profit targets
• Lead leasing operations, including fleet management, customer onboarding, and contract oversight
• Develop and implement business strategies to expand market share and strengthen customer relationships
• Manage and develop teams across sales, operations, and support functions to ensure high performance
• Ensure compliance and risk control across leasing processes, contracts, and financial assessments

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in related background
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Must have strong leadership experience in automotive leasing, fleet management, or related financial services
