The role involves supporting end-to-end HR and administrative operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, training & development, office administration, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies within a dynamic agriculture environment.

Description
- Supporting recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes across farm operations and administrative functions
- Supporting compensation and benefits, payroll, and welfare programs
- Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions under guidance
- Coordinating training programs, skill development, and continuous learning initiatives
- Maintaining accurate employee records, HR databases, and relevant documentation
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities, equipment, and supplies management
- Support management in organizing meetings, events, and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative management with knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR-related software tools
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
