Description
- Develop and execute national sales strategies for assigned pharmaceutical product portfolios.
- Manage and lead regional sales teams, ensuring target achievement and consistent performance.
- Oversee sales forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking across all territories.
- Work closely with marketing and medical teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and distributor performance, providing insights to management.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in related industry
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Business English is preferred
- Must have strong leadership, strategic planning, and sales management skills with proven ability to manage nationwide pharmaceutical sales teams.
