Description
- Define and execute the HORECA channel growth strategy
- Identify priority customer segments and product mix for hotels and restaurants
- Own channel revenue, margins, and profitability performance
- Align sales plans with production capacity, operations, and finance
- Lead and guide the HORECA sales team with clear goals and accountability
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in retail industry
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Intermediate English is a must
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to evaluate sales performance, margins, and market opportunities in foodservice
