- Lead and oversee all human resources functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR policy implementation to support business growth

The Role
The role is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources operations, ensuring effective workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance with labor regulations while supporting the company's strategic objectives in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Description
- Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business
- Managing recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain high-quality talent across all departments
- Overseeing employee relations matters and providing guidance on disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
- Managing performance management programs, employee evaluations, and succession planning initiative.
- Administering compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction
- Identifying training and development needs and coordinating employee learning initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with Myanmar labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
- Leading employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives to enhance retention and productivity
- Managing and mentoring the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's Degree or professional HR certification is an advantage
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a managerial position
- Proven HR management experience within the FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
- Experience in talent management, performance management, organizational development, and employee relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
