Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding objectives and translating them into event briefs
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, production) to ensure smooth delivery of event projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring events meet client expectations
- Handle client feedback and issue resolution, maintaining strong, long‑term relationships
- Prepare client proposals, reports, and post‑event evaluations to support ongoing business development
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in related industry
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Communicable English is preferred
- Must have strong client management, communication, and project coordination skills to manage multiple events and stakeholders effectively
