The Role
Lead the Group’s human resource function and develop people strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and long-term business objectives across multiple companies and business units.

Description
- Develop and implement the Group’s overall HR strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Lead and oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Develop effective workforce planning and talent strategies across multiple business units
- Lead senior-level recruitment and succession planning for key positions across the Group
- Establish and strengthen performance management systems, KPIs, career development, and employee development programs
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures and ensure internal equity across the organization
- Build leadership development and succession planning programs to strengthen the Group’s future leadership pipeline
- Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, systems, and governance standards across Group companies
- Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and retention initiatives
- Provide strategic HR advice and support to the Group’s senior management and business leaders
- Monitor HR metrics, workforce costs, turnover, productivity, and other key people-related indicators to support management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with applicable Myanmar labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
- Lead organizational restructuring, change management, and people transformation initiatives when required
- Build strong relationships with senior management, business unit leaders, and other key stakeholders
- Lead, develop, and mentor the HR leadership team and build a high-performing HR function across the Group
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification is highly preferred
- Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership position such as HR Director, Head of HR, Group HR Head, or CHRO
- Experience managing HR functions across multiple companies, business units, or a diversified Group of Companies is strongly preferred
- Strong experience in strategic HR management, organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies, systems, performance management, and compensation and benefits frameworks
- Strong understanding of Myanmar labor laws and employment regulations
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with organizational and financial objectives
- Experience managing and developing HR teams and working closely with C-suite and senior management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use HR data and insights to support business decisions
