Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in domestic and international freight markets
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, setting performance targets, providing training, and ensuring alignment with company goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and logistics providers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, and promotional events tailored to the freight and logistics industry
• Negotiate prices with customers & suppliers to optimize the margin 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or similar
• Minimum 6 – 8 years of working experience in handling international freight services sales and marketing, strong experience on freehand segment
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Ability to generate leads and close sales deals effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with outgoing, upbeat and resourceful personality
• Strong knowledge of the logistic, freight industry and market trends
• Good presentation and communication skills with fluency in English
