Description
- Monitor and control production processes from raw material intake to final packaging
- Implement and improve quality control procedures to meet company and regulatory standards
- Conduct periodic inspections and validation studies to ensure product integrity
- Supervise microbial lab operations and food/water testing schedules
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety protocols
- Train new staff on hygiene, safety, and production systems using a structured training calendar
- Manage documentation for internal and external audits
- Lead corrective actions for nonconformity issues and report to HOD
- Oversee sanitation, disposal plans, and container loading hygiene
- Prepare samples for customers and external lab testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiology, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC within food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
- Required to base in Nay Pyi Taw, ideally a native or anyone who is keen for relocation
