Description

• Monitor and control production processes from raw material intake to final packaging
• Implement and improve quality control procedures to meet company and regulatory standards
• Conduct periodic inspections and validation studies to ensure product integrity
• Supervise microbial lab operations and food/water testing schedules
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety protocols
• Train new staff on hygiene, safety, and production systems using a structured training calendar
• Manage documentation for internal and external audits
• Lead corrective actions for nonconformity issues and report to HOD
• Oversee sanitation, disposal plans, and container loading hygiene
• Prepare samples for customers and external lab testing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiology, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC within food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
• Required to base in Nay Pyi Taw, ideally a native or anyone who is keen for relocation
