Trade Marketing Manager at a FMCG Business in Yangon, Myanmar
- This role is responsible for formulating and executing trade marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, enhance in-store visibility, and support overall business performance across on-premise and off-premise channels
- Salary up to 3,000,000 MMK

Responsibilities
- Develop trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business guidelines, focusing on price, place, and promotion
- Translate category insights into customer- and channels specific plans using data to identify growth opportunities
- Create winning promotional plans to drive both short- and long-term sales performance · Manage trade marketing budgets and optimize promotion spending
- Oversee in-store execution to ensure effective POS strategies, including planograms, merchandising, visibility, and category management
- Manage end-to-end visibility and premium production operations and supervise merchandiser teams for installation and execution
- Drive workflows, structure, and capability building for merchandisers in both on-premise and off-premise channels
- Oversee trade marketing sub-functions from strategy to trade operations with clear KPIs and performance tracking
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for alignment on major trade initiatives and seamless execution
- Co-lead annual business planning with key customers, identify issues and opportunities, and pursue long-term partnership initiatives
- Lead new initiatives and channel development projects
Requirements
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Economics, or related field
- At least 5–7 years of direct Trade Marketing experience within FMCG, managing teams of 3–5 members (Beverage experience preferred).
- Proven track record in multinational environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with metrics, spreadsheets, and commercial data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing team members and stakeholders
- Adaptable, resilient, and capable of performing in challenging situations
- Excellent command of English
