Regional Business Development Manager
- A dynamic role focused on driving new business acquisition and expanding regional commercial opportunities across multiple jurisdictions
- Salary up to $3,500 plus incentive
The Role
The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven hunter with strong B2B sales experience, capable of identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in SEA regions. The role requires exceptional networking skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across multiple countries and internal teams

Description
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify and target new clients across Singapore and Asia-Pacific
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, events, referrals, and direct outreach
- Drive multi-jurisdictional opportunities and work closely with internal specialists to deliver tailored solutions
- Contribute to regional annual revenue targets and multi-million ACV goals
Referral & Network Development
- Build strong relationships with referral partners such as law firms, banks, accounting firms, chambers, and intermediaries
- Represent the organization at regional events, seminars, conferences, and trade missions to strengthen visibility and networks.
Client Engagement & Collaboration
- Partners with internal teams across markets design customized solutions aligned with client needs
- Provide market insights to support cross-functional collaboration and bid development.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of business development or B2B sales experience, ideally within professional or corporate services
- Proven success in a hunter-style role securing new business
- Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building capabilities
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and digital sales tools
- Fluency in English
- The role is to base in either in Singapore, Indonesia or Malaysia or UAE.
