Trade Execution Assistant at Trading Company in Yangon

• This role is responsible for supporting the successful execution of commodity trade contracts, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and effective communication across suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
• Salary up to 1,000,000 MMK

The Role

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of shipping, logistics, and contract execution, both for local and international trades. The role requires excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on delivery timelines, payment schedules, and cross departmental processes.

The organization operates within the commodities trading sector, requiring streamlined logistics, strong documentation control, and reliable execution across domestic and international supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of commodity contracts for both local and international trade.
• Follow up on contract terms, delivery periods, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate export procedures with relevant internal departments.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of procurement and shipping documents.
• Assist in ensuring all required trade documents are accurate and ready for execution.
• Support the Procurement Manager by scheduling supplier meetings.
• Take detailed notes during phone calls and discussions with suppliers.
• Communicate effectively in English with suppliers and internal teams.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth trade execution.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in export business or logistic service provider.
• Strong knowledge of shipping processes and commodity contract execution.
•  Ability to coordinate across departments and follow through on deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• English communication skills required.
