Description
- Drive export sales growth and achieve international revenue targets
- Develop and expand distribution networks across key global markets
- Identify new business opportunities and enter new export markets
- Manage relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and partners
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements
- Monitor global market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export standards
- Support branding and promotional activities in international markets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in export sales, preferably in food, agriculture, or FMCG
- Proven track record in developing international markets and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of export procedures and global trade requirements
- Experience managing distributors and B2B international clients
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel internationally
