 Senior QC & Process Executive in Bago

• Take the lead in quality control activities, laboratory testing, and team performance to ensure products consistently meet required quality specifications
• Up to 2,400,000 MMK + Other Allowances 

The Role

Exciting role for an experienced Quality Control professional to oversee laboratory activities and ensure products meet established specifications and quality requirements. This role will combine hands-on quality control, laboratory testing, process monitoring, KPI management, and team leadership, with responsibility for ensuring QC activities are completed efficiently and accurately

Description

• Plan, organize, and monitor day-to-day Quality Control laboratory activities
• Receive, register, and manage samples received from production
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming raw materials
• Perform laboratory analysis using established testing methods and procedures
• Compare test results against relevant product specifications and identify any deviations
• Ensure QC activities are completed efficiently and within the required timeframe
• Prepare, issue, distribute, and maintain Certificates of Analysis (CoA) as required
• Manage the storage and retention of product samples and ensure expired samples are removed on schedule
• Ensure laboratory instruments and equipment are properly calibrated in accordance with applicable standards

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Quality Control, laboratory testing, or manufacturing quality
• Strong understanding of laboratory testing, quality specifications, and QC processes
• Ability to accurately analyze and interpret test results against established specifications
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment calibration and quality control procedures
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple QC activities efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
