- This role leads to the development and delivery of integrated marketing and communications activities, ensuring effective visibility, branding, stakeholder engagement, and digital presence across platforms
- Salary up to 1,200,000 MMK
The Role
The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic communicator with strong writing skills, digital marketing expertise, and hands-on experience managing campaigns, events, and brand communications. The role requires excellent planning, attention to detail, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders while delivering compelling messaging across digital and traditional channels

Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Delivery
- Develop and manage the content and campaign calendar
- Plan, execute, and report on integrated marketing campaigns within timelines and budgets
Content & Brand Management
- Write, edit, and design content for social media, newsletters, websites, and marketing materials
- Maintain professional brand consistency across all communication channels
- Produce communications for membership, events, sponsorship, and policy-related initiatives
Digital & Media
- Manage website updates and optimize content for digital visibility
- Oversee and execute social media strategy to increase engagement and growth
- Draft press releases, statements, and support PR activities
- Apply SEO principles and best digital practices
Data & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct research on industry trends
- Produce simple performance reports and use insights to improve results
Events & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support the promotion and delivery of events, webinars, briefings, and launches
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, members, partners, and external stakeholders
- Strengthen engagement with the membership community
Administrative Support
- Provide communication-related secretariat support (meeting packs, agendas, minutes)
- Act as a contact point for marketing and communication enquiries
- Perform other duties aligned with the organization’s mission and goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of social media strategy, email marketing, digital marketing tools, SEO, CMS, CRM, and basic design tools
- Strong analytical ability to interpret digital performance data
- Excellent organizational and project-management skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and engage diverse stakeholders
- Creative, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Burmese
