- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Conduct sales visits, secure client meetings, and manage sales leads effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for customer acquisition and expansion
- Manage individual performance targets and work within allocated sales budgets
- Support overall sales strategies and contribute to business growth initiatives
Requirements
- University graduate
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Experience in handling China trade is preferred
- Strong communication and written English skills
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure
