Description
- Manage customer communications and provide timely updates on shipment status
- Handle sea freight export operations, particularly CMP cargo handling
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and service delivery
- Support daily sales and operational activities to maintain service quality
- Maintain accuracy in documentation and shipment records
- Utilize shipping systems and tools to manage operations efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Work closely with team members to achieve operational and service targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of CS experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Experience in sea freight export shipments, preferably CMP cargo
- Basic knowledge or familiarity with shipping software and systems
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Active, energetic, and able to work effectively in a team environment
