The Role

Exciting opportunity for a technically minded pre-sales professional to support product adoption, customer success and project development across security and networking solutions in Myanmar

Our client is a leading security and networking technology company providing integrated products and technical solutions through channel partners and project customers.

Description

• Introduce product features, recommend suitable models and assist channel customers with product selection and configuration
• Review customer requirements and BOQs, provide technical guidance and support project progress from solution design through execution
• Track project risks, propose effective solutions and consolidate customer feedback and product demands for internal improvement
• Deliver product presentations and technical training while collaborating with sales and marketing teams on customer and market development
• Provide timely technical support, strengthen customer relationships and report relevant project and market insights to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, sales support, or a related role involving networking, communications or computer systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field
• Knowledge of CCTV, cameras, DVR/NVR, routers, switches, IP configuration and common network diagnostic tools is preferred
• Strong English communication skills; Chinese proficiency is a strong plus, with Microsoft Office skills and presentation or training experience preferred
