Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and define staffing needs for technical roles, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals
  • Create detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of technical positions
  • Assess candidate qualifications through resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks, ensuring a thorough evaluation process
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, fostering relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
  • Utilize various channels including social media, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and industry-specific platforms to source potential candidates
  • Lead efforts to enhance the company’s employer brand by participating in job fairs, networking events, and online forums

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Master’s degree is adventurous
  • Professional certifications related to HR or talent acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruiting role, particularly in technical fields
  • Strong relationship-building skills to connect with potential candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to analyse recruitment metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
