• Oversee the overall financial health of the company, including financial planning, reporting, and analysis

• Up to 1,500,000 MMK plus other allowances

This role requires to prepare and analyze financial documents and business reports to support decision-making

Description

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to financial transactions and tax

• Develop strategies and plans to achieve long-term financial goals

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present findings to senior management

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management activities

• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for financial matters

• Provide financial recommendations and insights to senior management

• Perform ad hoc financial projects and requests as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax reporting

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations

• Excellent analytical, planning, and negotiation skills

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial work

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

• Good command of English and Burmese, both verbal and written
