• Design, develop, and deliver training programs covering sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques tailored to tech retail products

• Up to 1,500,000 MMK plus other allowances

The Role

This role requires for enhancing the overall performance of the sales team by delivering comprehensive training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence

Description

• Conduct training sessions focused on sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques tailored to tech retail products (e.g., phone and similar products)

• Develop and implement training programs and manuals to enhance the sales team’s performance and product expertise

• Provide both technical and soft skills training to sales staff to improve their ability to engage customers and close sales effectively

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and coaching to sales personnel

• Collaborate with sales management to identify training needs and align training initiatives with business goals

• Support sales team in achieving sales targets through ongoing education and motivation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Additional certifications in sales training or adult education are advantageous

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales training or a sales role within the tech retail or service industry

• Proven track record of improving sales team performance through effective training

• Deep understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement, and product knowledge in the tech retail sector

• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Burmese and English
