Lead and manage all human resource functions to support the company’s strategic goals in a dynamic tech retail and service environment

Up to 2,500,000 MMK plus other allowances
The Role
This role requires developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering a positive work culture

Description

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives

Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates

Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

Design and implement training, career development, and succession planning programs
-
Administer performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations
-
Maintain and update HR records, reports, and metrics for management review
-
Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and provide HR support
-
Lead and develop the HR team to enhance their capabilities and effectiveness
-
Promote employee engagement, morale, and organizational culture development

Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements, advising management accordingly
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-
Professional HR certification is an advantage
-
Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail, technology, or service sectors

Proven track record in managing full-cycle HR functions and leading HR teams
-
Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices
-
Excellent communication skills in English and Burmese; ability to interact with diverse teams

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop staff
