This role requires to cover all HR including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, office management, and supporting business continuity

Description

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives

Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances and other issues

Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development
-
Maintain compensation, benefits, and payroll administration

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
-
Support employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and organizational culture

Provide HR metrics and reports to management for decision-making
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant work experience may sometimes substitute
-
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, typically 3-5+ years
-
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations
-
Competency in Microsoft Office and HR software
