The Role
A key finance leadership role responsible for driving financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting aligned with IFRS, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting the organization’s strategic growth through data-driven financial insights

Description
- Lead accurate and timely financial reporting in line with IFRS, local regulations, and corporate requirements
- Ensure all financial processes and procedures follow the company’s Global Reference Model
- Maintain a solid internal control environment and secure ongoing international compliance
- Provide clear financial analysis, forecasts, and recommendations to support business decisions
- Develop financial models, budgets, and rolling forecasts that support strategic planning and business performance
- Partner with business units and corporate teams to resolve issues and support key initiatives
- Support internal and external audits to ensure full compliance with regulatory and corporate standards
- Build and develop a strong local finance team, fostering capability, collaboration, and high performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA preferred
- 7–12 years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, ideally in a multinational or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience in internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms, and MS Office tools
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and strong leadership qualities
