The role will oversee all human resources operations, collaborate closely with department heads, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. This role requires hands-on leadership in shaping HR strategies that support business growth and enhance employee engagement

Description
- Oversee end to end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, and performance management
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and organizational processes aligned with company goals
- Drive employee engagement programs, culture-building initiatives, and retention strategies
- Manage training & development plans to improve staff capability and leadership pipeline
- Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and workforce planning
- Collaborate with management to support HR strategies for expansion and operational efficiency
- Lead HR data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives for HR systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR best practices
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or regulated industries is an advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple HR functions and support cross department collaboration
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, recruitment tools, and employee performance frameworks
