Admin Manager at a Trading Company, Yangon, Myanmar

The Role

As the Admin Manager, you will oversee the company’s administrative functions, ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while support business efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

Description

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office management
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
  • Maintain strong relationships with government authorities and external stakeholder
  • Manage office facilities, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure effective task delegation and performance management
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support business operations
  •  Maintain company records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Handle logistics, travel arrangements, and event coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Monitor administrative budgets and control expenses

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in administration or office management (trading or commercial industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and office management systems
  • Good understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English required
