As the Admin Manager, you will oversee the company’s administrative functions, ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while support business efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

Description
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office management
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Maintain strong relationships with government authorities and external stakeholder
- Manage office facilities, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationships
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure effective task delegation and performance management
- Coordinate with internal departments to support business operations
- Maintain company records, documentation, and filing systems
- Handle logistics, travel arrangements, and event coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Monitor administrative budgets and control expenses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in administration or office management (trading or commercial industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and office management systems
- Good understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English required
