The Role

As the Finance Manager, you will lead the company’s finance function, ensuring strong financial management, accurate reporting, and strategic support to drive business growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Description

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Manage cost control initiatives and improve operational efficiency
•  Coordinate with internal departments to support business planning and performance tracking
•  Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies
•  Support business expansion plans and investment analysis

Requirements

•   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA preferred)
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role (FMCG experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Good understanding of Myanmar tax regulations and compliance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English required
