The Role

As the Finance Manager, you will lead the company’s finance function, ensuring strong financial management, accurate reporting, and strategic support to drive business growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Description

•         Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
•          Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
•         Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
•          Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
•          Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements
•          Manage cost control initiatives and improve operational efficiency
•         Coordinate with internal departments to support business planning and performance tracking
•          Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance
•         Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
•         Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies
•          Support business expansion plans and investment analysis

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA preferred)          Minimum 6–8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role (FMCG experience preferred)          Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting         Good understanding of Myanmar tax regulations and compliance         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills          Proven leadership and team management experience          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills          Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment          Proficiency in English required
