The Role

As an FP&A Specialist, you will provide expert financial analysis, planning, and forecasting to support the company’s growth strategy. You will partner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights, monitor financial performance, and ensure robust financial decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Description

• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts
• Perform variance analysis between actual results and forecasts, providing actionable recommendations
• Develop financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives
• Analyze key financial metrics and operational performance to support management decision-making
• Partner with department heads to understand cost drivers and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support cost control initiatives, working capital optimization, and efficiency improvements
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial data and reporting
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects, scenario analysis, and special studies
• mplement and maintain internal financial controls and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or FP&A roles
• Experience in manufacturing or international companies preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Proven leadership and team management experienceProficiency in Excel and financial planning software
• Proficiency in English required
