Description
- Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads and performance assessments
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning materials
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and training records
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or talent development, preferably within financial services
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience in designing training programs and using LMS platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple training initiatives
