Learning and Development Assistant Manager at a Financial Services Company in Myanmar

  • Leads and supports learning and development initiatives, including training design, delivery, talent development, and performance improvement programs

The role involves managing and enhancing the organization’s learning and development function, including identifying training needs, designing and delivering programs, supporting talent development initiatives, and driving a culture of continuous learning within a dynamic financial services environment.

Description

  • Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads and performance assessments
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning materials
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Manage learning management systems (LMS) and training records
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or talent development, preferably within financial services
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Experience in designing training programs and using LMS platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple training initiatives
