Description

• Supporting recruitment activities including job posting, interview coordination, and onboarding processes
• Maintaining employee records, attendance data, leave management, and HR documentation
• Assisting payroll processing and employee benefits administration
• Handling employee inquiries related to HR policies, attendance, and workplace matters
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
• Preparing HR reports and updating HR databases accurately
• Supporting employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations
• Experience in a manufacturing or similar industry is preferred
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related system
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
