Description
- Supporting recruitment activities including job posting, interview coordination, and onboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records, attendance data, leave management, and HR documentation
- Assisting payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Handling employee inquiries related to HR policies, attendance, and workplace matters
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
- Preparing HR reports and updating HR databases accurately
- Supporting employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations
- Experience in a manufacturing or similar industry is preferred
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related system
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
