Description
- Managing the overall finance and accounting operations of the company
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitoring cash flow, financial performance, and operational costs
- Overseeing taxation, audit processes, and regulatory compliance matters
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting functions
- Developing and implementing internal controls, financial policies, and process improvements
- Coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant stakeholders
- Leading and mentoring the finance team to ensure operational effectiveness and professional development
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or other professional qualifications are preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting functions, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office application
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
