The role involves leading the finance and accounting functions including financial planning, reporting, budgeting, cost management, cash flow monitoring, taxation, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Description

• Managing the overall finance and accounting operations of the company
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitoring cash flow, financial performance, and operational costs
• Overseeing taxation, audit processes, and regulatory compliance matters
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
• Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting functions
• Developing and implementing internal controls, financial policies, and process improvements
• Coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant stakeholders
• Leading and mentoring the finance team to ensure operational effectiveness and professional development

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or other professional qualifications are preferred
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting functions, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control processes
• Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office application
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
