The Role

The role involves managing compensation and benefits functions including payroll processing, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, HR reporting, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Description

  • Managing payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely salary payments for employees
  • Administering employee compensation, benefits, allowances, overtime, and welfare programs
  • Supporting salary reviews, incentive schemes, and compensation benchmarking processes
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
  • Preparing HR reports, compensation analysis, and employee-related documentation
  • Handling employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, attendance, and compensation matters
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll administration and compensation & benefits functions
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits, payroll administration, or HR operations within a manufacturing or similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
