- Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition strategies including workforce planning, recruitment, employer branding, and talent pipeline development to support rapid business expansion

The Role
The role is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across technical and non-technical functions. The position plays a key role in supporting organizational growth within a fast-paced networking and service provider environment.

Description
- Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Building strong talent pipelines for technical roles such as network engineers, IT specialists, and support teams
- Partnering with department heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs
- Enhancing employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
- Managing recruitment metrics, reports, and hiring dashboards for senior management review
- Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining compliance with internal HR policies and employment regulations
- Supporting workforce planning and succession planning initiatives
- Collaborating with HR teams to improve recruitment systems and processes
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. HR certification or diploma is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in hiring for IT, telecom, networking, or technical service-based industries is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and employer branding techniques
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
