Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager at a Manufacturing Company in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar

  • Lead and support end-to-end recruitment activities, talent sourcing strategies, employer branding initiatives, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent across manufacturing operations
  • Up to 1,500,000 MMK + Accommodation

The role is responsible for supporting and managing talent acquisition functions, ensuring efficient recruitment processes, developing talent pipelines, coordinating employer branding activities, and partnering with department leaders to fulfill workforce requirements that support business growth and operational excellence

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-quality products for local and international markets.

Description

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various functions and levels
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment support
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives, career fairs, campus recruitment programs, and other talent attraction activities
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process
  • Assisting in the improvement of recruitment procedures and candidate experience initiative

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; HR certification is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources functions, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior recruitment role
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within the manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, interviewing techniques, and employer branding practices
  • Good understanding of Myanmar labor laws and employment regulations
