The Role

Lead and manage the finance and accounting function, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, taxation to support the company’s financial performance, operational efficiency, and continued growth.

Description

• Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Oversee cash flow management, payment schedules, working capital, and financial planning
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable Myanmar tax regulations and accounting requirements
• Work closely with sales, supply chain, procurement, warehouse, and management teams on financial and operational matters

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, LCCI, or equivalent is highly preferred

Minimum of 7 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, distribution, trading, or other regulated business environment is preferred

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation

Good understanding of Myanmar accounting and tax regulations

Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
