The Role
Support and manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, HR policies, and administration to ensure effective people management and support the organization’s business objectives.

Description
- Manage and support daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and effective HR processes
- Handle recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Support employee relations activities and address employee concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor attendance, leave, and other employee-related records
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance
- Assist with payroll preparation and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate employee information
- Support employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture
- Prepare regular HR reports and provide HR-related information to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Myanmar labour laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR qualifications are an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in the beauty, skincare, aesthetic, healthcare, retail, or service industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and labor regulations
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretio
- Good command of English and Burmese, with strong verbal and written communication skills
