Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, and placement, while working closely with clients and hiring managers across the US.

Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing through placement 
• Source and identify qualified candidates through social media platform, job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and qualification assessments based on job requirements
• Handle recruitment for Engineering, IT, and other technical positions across the US market
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
• Negotiate offers and support candidates and clients through the offer and placement process
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients to support ongoing recruitment needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or executive search environment
• Strong experience in Engineering and/or IT recruitment is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of technical roles, including software development, IT infrastructure, engineering, and other specialized positions
• Proven experience with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong sourcing skills using social media platforms, job boards, recruitment databases, and other talent acquisition platforms
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be willing and able to work US working hours and align with US time zones
