Manage and coordinate the company’s finance, administration, and human resources functions, ensuring efficient office operations, accurate financial processes, effective employee management, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Description
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the workplace
- Manage basic finance and accounting activities, including invoicing, payment processing, expense management, petty cash, and bank transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial records, expense reports, payment schedules, and other relevant documents
- Monitor office expenses, budgets, and administrative costs to ensure effective cost control
- Manage payroll preparation, employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related administrative processes
- Support recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, vendors, and service providers
- Coordinate office contracts, licenses, renewals, and other administrative documentation
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior management and consultants
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in office management, administration, finance, HR, or a similar multi-functional role
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Good working knowledge of basic accounting, financial administration, payroll, and expense management
- Good understanding of HR administration, recruitment, attendance, leave, and payroll processes
- Strong knowledge of office administration, vendor management, documentation, and general operational procedures
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
