HR & Admin Manager at the Well-known Automotive Company in Yangon, Myanmar

  • Managing ensuring compliance with company policies and local Labor laws and implementing HR strategies to enhance workforce effectiveness
  • Up to 7,000,000 MMK and other allowances

The Role

This role requires to provide support to senior management by handling correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing meetings

About the Company

Our client is a leading manufacturing company in Myanmar, specializing in a diverse range of products within the automotive sector

Description

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office facilities and equipment, liaising with vendors as necessary
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
  • Assist in calculating payroll and managing compensation and benefits programs
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with local Labor laws and company policies
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and development programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a manufacturing and automotive environment
  • Strong knowledge of Labor laws and HR best practices in Myanmar
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and provide strategic HR insights
