• Responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring service excellence, cost efficiency, compliance with standards, and overall customer satisfaction while driving business growth

Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlets to ensure smooth service and operational efficiency

• Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high service and product quality

• Manage and monitor inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize wastage and cost

• Supervise, train, and support F&B staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance goals

• Monitor financial performance of the F&B operation, including sales, costs, and profitability, and prepare regular reports

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Business English is a must

• Lead strategic planning, operation and continuous improvement initiatives
