Description

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlets to ensure smooth service and operational efficiency

Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high service and product quality

Manage and monitor inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize wastage and cost
-
Supervise, train, and support F&B staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance goals

Monitor financial performance of the F&B operation, including sales, costs, and profitability, and prepare regular reports
Requirements
-
At least 5 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
-
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
-
Business English is a must
-
Lead strategic planning, operation and continuous improvement initiatives
