The Role
The role involves conducting salary benchmarking, overseeing annual reviews and bonus processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with tax and Labor regulations

Job Description
- Design, implement, and maintain salary structures and compensation packages
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices
- Oversee annual salary reviews and bonus distribution processes
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Coordinate with vendors and providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective benefits
- Monitor usage, satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness of benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with Labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies regarding compensation and benefits
- Prepare and submit reports for internal and external audits
- Communicate compensation and benefits policies to employees clearly and effectively
- Address employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and related matters
- Analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs
- Provide recommendations to senior management to address gaps and improve employee satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and Labor law compliance
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
