 Head of Finance at a Well-Known Group of Company in Myanmar

  • The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth coordination of the CEO’s schedule, communications, and strategic initiatives
  • Up to 5,000,000 MMK plus other allowances

This role requires exceptional communication skills with fluent English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely execution
  • Support the CEO in strategic planning, project tracking, and communication with senior leadership
  • Assist in organizing company events, board meetings, and executive-level engagements
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, emails, and official documents
  • Liaise with departments across the organization to ensure alignment with the CEO’s directives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Burmese
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in a large corporate or multinational environment is a plus
