The Role

• Lead IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of both Infrastructure and Application systems
• Support business operations in retail and manufacturing environments through effective IT solutions
• Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to optimize IT systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in SAP/ERP migration projects with strong functional and technical understanding
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure management (servers, networks, security, hardware)
• Experience in retail or manufacturing industries is highly preferred
