A senior finance leadership role responsible for overseeing financial operations, cost control, budgeting, and compliance within a high technology semiconductor manufacturing environment

Description

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost management 
• Oversee factory finance, including product costing and inventory control 
• Strengthen internal controls and financial compliance
• Partner with operations and management to drive performance improvements
• Support capital investment decisions and financial system enhancements
• Mentor and develop finance team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; ACCA/CPA preferred
• 7–10 years of finance experience, including manufacturing sector exposure
• Strong cost accounting and factory finance skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• English proficiency is an advantage
